i just realized that it's a bad thing to be too giddy about playing badminton for 3 hours straight if you just came from the gym having done exercises and weights for two hours...
i feel wasted, parang sinagasaan ng train...hehe...(taglish?!)
what's worse is that i still have a slight sprain in my right hand...very bad thing...since i'm right handad...di na ako makakapag......
di joke lang, kaya ko pa naman mag.....

kaso di ako makalaro ng badminton ng maayos...di ako makasmash...and it wears me out faster than usual cuz i can't use/bend my right hand/wrist too much....
3+ weeks na itong sprain na to and it still hasn't healed...gahd...T_T...there's something seriously wrong with it other than a sprain...NO!!!!!! pano na ako makakapag.....
